There was a cigarette butt on the floor as soon as I walked in.

I like that it was just down the street from Ft Hood. Also, great customer service by the staff and the bed was very comfortable.

There were bugs near the main door of the room and one big cockroach was in the shower.

We recently stayed at a budget-friendly motel in Killeen, and overall, we had a positive experience. The location was convenient, just down the street from Ft Hood and close to the Killeen Mall, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff, especially Bruce and Roshon, were friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Despite the minimal but adequate breakfast, the value for the price was impressive.

We did notice some outdated facilities that could use a renovation.

Staff very helpful and nice. Great price. There is a Fish and Chips place on one side and a clean local bar on other with a bar-b-que across the street.

We were pleased with the exterior appearance of the hotel and the lobby seemed nice. The room that we were given was clean and had clean towels provided. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and quickly checked us in.

Once we entered the room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of old cigarette smoke, even though the room was marked as non-smoking. We called the front desk to inform them of the issue and were initially told that there were no other rooms available.

From outside place looked decent for price we paid, lobby typical and room looked good, clean towels and such.

But upon entering room it stunk of old cigarette smoke and was clearly marked as non smoking, which is what we paid for! We called front desk to inform them of smoke odor and were told "I'm sorry, I wish we had another room I said okay, well it's late (checked on late) so we stay jist want make sure not going to blame us for smell. They said no. We turned air on and tried to settle in but the ac kept making a ratchet clanking noise. By now I have a headache from the stink. So hubby and I decide we are done and gather our things. He goes to front desk, which is someone differnt and is told, well sir I don't know they said that, we do have another room. Seriously! So we waste our time (on our anniversary by the way) and money on a smelly room with a clanking ac when there were others available. Hubby told them well we already packed up now to hit road, if ya'll had told us before we could've just moved rooms. They wouldn't even give partial credit given the mess.clerk kept saying if they won't do that. Won't be returning here. Then I called to speak to management that week and was asked to leave message and have yet to receive a call back...over 2 weeks! I gave this place a chance to right it and haven't so here is my review!

had a relaxing holiday at this inn, exceeded my expectations. small pool was a bonus, bed was amazing, and location was convenient with nearby dining options. great value!

Well it use to be best western so when i booked it i knew it would be nice, but its not anymore its the Inn. Very clean and very nice for the money. Who ever housrkeeping is they done a hell of a job!!!!. Bed comfy, water nice and microwave and fridge.

The older gentleman at the desk wasnt very pleasant and they used flat sheet for fitted, which i dislike because they come off so easily and you have to re tuck.
